Haus Imperial is Ideally located less than 5 minutes on foot from the Bahnhofstrasse, the village, the train station and the Sunnegga and Gornergrat departure stations as well as the bus for the MatterhornExpress with access to the whole ski area as well as direct access to Cervinia, Italy.

The Studio is large 38m2 with living area with south facing balcony and a kitchen area. There is real wood parquet throughout. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Great holiday in perfect location
The apartment is centrally located close to train station, main street and Gonergrat train. There is a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The apartment was perfect for us . Plenty of room for 2 and ideallly located. Comfy beds great shower and all necessary appliances. The weather was great during our stay but had reaked havoc with roads and railway in the 2 weeks before we visited. We really appreciated that Nicki kept us informed and reassured throughout. By the time we arrived all systems were running to schedule. We also appreciated the goodies and bottle of wine on arrival. We had a great holiday and I'm sure we will return hopefully to the same apartment.

Nicki is a super communicative host. Easy to get to location from train station. Clear instructions for accessing studio apartment. Looks like photos. Basic supplies, you may need to purchase extras during longer stay. Dishwasher not available as listed. Comfy furniture and very quiet at night. Amazing view of Matterhorn! Close to shops, grocery, dining, hiking trails and funicular/gondolas to the mountain. Great value for space and view! Thanks Nicki!

Fabulous studio that is centrally located - it takes 3 minutes to walk to the sunnega funicular or to the bus stop to the Matterhorn gondola. Good view of the Matterhorn too! Apartment was very clean and felt like home with the well stocked kitchen with quality wares, spices, etc. Host Nicki is welcoming and an excellent communicator. Look forward to returning.

Lovely, peaceful stay
I had a lovely week stay here. Some of my favorite moments were having coffee or wine on the balcony while looking at the Matterhorn - you get a great view here! Great location!
Great studio in the heart of Zermatt! Close to the center, train station, grocery, shops and restaurants! Also close to the tram/train/bus stops that take you to the mountains (5-9 minute walk in ski boots). Studio provided everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed. Perfect for a couple. Nicki’s communication was fantastic! As a newcomer to Zermatt I had a ton of questions and she was very patient and answered everything. Highly recommend this studio and Zermatt! Great ski mountain and town!

In heaven with your won guardian angel
The property exceeded all expectations. It was close to everything. When I had a need Ann was quick to respond to all questions, needs, recommendations for everything from a pedicure to places to eat and even took time to meet me for lunch and give me parsons tour of the village. The property has absolutely everything you want to do your own cooking with two grocery stores within 5 minute walks.

Amazing Stay
A friend and I stayed in this studio apartment for a quick stay in Zermatt. The location could not have been better, with it being so close to the train staton and right in town. The ski resort is just a short walk away, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you need. The view of the matterhorn from the window is amazing as well. Couldn't have looked for a better place to stay!!

This apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Walking distance to the Sunegga lift and the ski bus. Also very close to down town bars, restaurants, etc. Ann was helpful, she greeted us upon arrival with some great suggrations of activities and restaurants. Amazing little studio in the perfect location
This was our first stay in Zermatt, and this studio helped make it an amazing trip! Ann was very helpful, giving advice on where the best snow was to go skiing and where to go to eat, gave us a bottle of wine on arriving, and gave us an adapter for our phone chargers! She has a folder in the apartment that gives tips on places to go downtown and told us that we needed to make dinner reservations (very helpful!) The studio is only a block away from the train station, two different grocery stores, and the main downtown area of Zermatt. You could also walk a couple blocks to the Sunnegga lift or walk half a block to the bus stop which will take you to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise lift for free. There's a ski room in the building so you don't have to bring all your wet gear into the room. Nice and quiet area, the studio is only a few steps up from the main entrance which made it very convenient not having to climb several floors after a long ski day. We loved waking up and being able to see the Matterhorn from our breakfast table. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Zermatt!
