"This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. You can walk to Greifswald centre in 10 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, Eldena is just outside town and the longer Lubmin beach is only 15 km away. "Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "Das äußerst gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende; ein bisschen abseits vom Bädertrubel, aber dennoch nahe genug dran. Hier findet man Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem, es ist blitzsauber und die Vermieter sind herzliche und feine Menschen. Wie gesagt: Besser gehts nicht!"

Der Weg zum Strand war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.(ansonsten wären auch hierfür alleine 7Euro/Tag an Parkgebühren fällig) Leider war der in der Anzeige beschriebene Bäcker bzw. ehemalige Supermarkt bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Dieses war aber auf Grund der Nähe zu Ückeritz und Koserow kein größeres Problem. Auch Radtouren in Richtung Achterwasser sind von hieraus gut machbar."

"Wir waren über Silvester eine Woche zu Gast im Haus von Familie Weber und können es vor allem Hundebesitzern sehr empfehlen. Wir sind von Herrn Weber sehr freundlich empfangen worden und auch während des Aufenthalts war er immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus mit schönem Garten liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more for the price I have paid."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
