"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. "Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "
