Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again. "

"Pros: This hotel is in a castle and is simply gorgeous! The staff, Annette and Max, were gregarious and helpful. (We loved this place. It was our favorite during our Austrian excursion.) Cons: It's about a ten minute drive to town or a 35-minute walk. "
