"This is a no frills budget hotel in a fantastic location close to train and metro and in the heart of the city centre. The room was small but still had room for 3 people, storage and a desk and the beds were comfortable. A bonus was the windows opened so we had fresh air! The only thing we missed was drink making facilities. There was a kettle but no supplies and no fridge. Having said that, there are so many cafes within a few metres. The hotel breakfast seemed expensive and no idea what it was like as we didn’t eat there. We bought 3 drinks and a selection of bakery items across the square that cost less than for 1 person in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. "

"Best hotel expereience ever. And to think it is the next street from the Grand Place. We were led on a journey of travels with all the art and displays. Look down every hallway and around every corner, nothing is the same. The room was large and well appointed."

"Moved out of Belgium after 7 years so stayed at Pulman as convenient for the eurostar. Didn't bother with breakfast as had early start. The hotel doesn't allow early checkins but kept our bags until 3pm checkin time. We stayed in room 305 with a bath. Would certainly recommend the hotel, obviously be careful around midi station, its rough. Saying that we used a bar opposite and walked back and forward to central via Rue Stalingrad, with no issues"

"Located in center of the city with easy walking and also metro and bus for access to everywhere! Spacious room (and adjoining rooms are available for large families). Comfortable beds. Highlight of hotel is the indoor swimming pool open until 22h00! Breakfast also good with many choices."

"Excellent central location yet quiet room. Staff were very helpful and friendly, comfy beds, great hot drinks available 24/7 in the communal lobby area and just generally a nice feeling sort of place that was perfect for our short family city break. "
