"The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."

"Choose the grand double room which going by the images we were put in the standard room. Free Parking which was one of my key requirements turned out not to be free, but 15e per day. Wi-Fi password changed on the 2nd night without warning which was extremely frustrating as we needed it for planning and Netflix. Don’t know why they would do this. All in, quite unsatisfactory. "It was aiming to be a boutique B&B but failed, dangerous stairs to access, bare light bulbs some not working, no air conditioning, not clean or updated.. in general disappointing and not as portrayed on the website"

"The highlight of my stay here was the manager Martin. Martin was on beck and call, helping me with my every request. Martin even helped me get bubble wrap to safeguard my trinkets I bought while in Europe. The property is stunning and unique. The location is a close enough walk to the main city draws as well as some hidden neighbrohoods."
