"More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. "Due to some mix up, I was assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned. When contacted via phone the concierge was quick to re-assign me to a different room which was fully satisfactory in cleanliness. Included two small bottles of water, and two pods for the coffee maker. There was no iron / ironing board available to press shirts for business, and I found the pillows on the bed were excessively large. Maybe thin pillows would be available from the concierge, but I didn't think to ask....
