"Property was laid out perfectly for our group of 7 men with 3 boats and trucks. Everyone had their own bed and there is an awesome (very large) garage that separates the most of the sleeping areas from the main areas of the home. The home can comfortably host at least 10 with great living room, kitchen, dining and cooking options. Two refrigerators, massive storage, great entertainment layout interior and exterior. For us, its mid-lake location with neighborhood boat ramp was perfect. We launched from this location 4 of the 5 days. Might have to trailer if the wind was blowing strong but we had mild days. 10-15 minutes from Zavalla for food and groceries if needed. I would absolutely rent this place again and it has provided the best accommodations yet for our annual mens fishing trip. We stored two 21' skeeter boats in the garage and one 19 footer outside. We were able to hangout in the garage and get all our tackle and gear ready each day. Great experience and I looked like the hero booking it! "
