The cottage is located in a quiet area right next to the center. Zandvoort is a bustling seaside resort with lots of opportunities, located between the dunes and the beach. The apartment is located near the pleasant shopping street and bars that are open until late at night. The beach tents are within easy reach, where you can enjoy all the necessary refreshments.

You can enjoy the beach or walking / cycling routes through the vast dune area and hinterland. In the spring a bike ride through the bulb fields is a beautiful colorful experience!

Cities like Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar are close by. The central location in relation to the cities and airport Schiphol make for an ideal holiday!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung entspricht nicht der der Bilder. Schrauben von den Esszimmerstühlen locker,Wohnzimmertisch wackelig,im Bad sind auch Kleinigkeiten die mal verschönert werden sollten.Wlan Passwort passte nicht also kein freies Internet,sollte heute Standard sein.

Die Unterkunft war in einer super Lage Der 1. Eindruck der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut. Nach und nach sind einem schon ein paar Markel aufgefallen. In der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen. In den Schränken der Möbel war es zum Teil nicht sauber und „krämpel“ verräumt. Das am unschönsten war jedoch der muffelige Geruch der Schlafräume. Die Räume konnten nicht gelüftet werden da keine Fenster vorhanden sind. Man merkt das sich in diesem räumen die Feuchtigkeit sammelt. Wir haben mehrmals am Tag so gut es ging die Wohnung gelüftet und nachts mit offenen Zimmertüren geschlafen. So ging es ganz gut. Ansonsten ist die Küche ausreichend bestückt, das Sofa groß und die Betten bequem. Die Lage wie gesagt top!

Nicht zu empfehlen
Statt der 2 angkündigten Schlafzimmer, moderige fensterlose hinten liegende dunkle Kammern mit unsauberen Betten,.. vermackte Wände mit Nässeflecken, kaputte Böden, verschmutzte Küche, Geräte und Oberflächen auch im Bad etc. Schimmel an Wand. Insgesamt von aussen und von innen leider sehr ungepflegt. Schade. Hab mich sehr unwohl und betrogen gefühlt, Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Bin eher wieder abgereist.

Erg cozy, dicht bij het strand en leuke barretjes, dicht bij de supermarkt, alleen parkeren niet mogelijk in de buurt en vrij prijzig in Zandvoort. Maar het huisje zelf was perfect!

Prima verblijf!
Een weekendje tijdens de koudste week van het jaar doorgebracht in dit huisje met 2 volwassenen en 2 kids en de hond mocht ook mee. Het was een fijn huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, we hebben ons goed vermaakt. Het enige nadeel is dat de slaapkamers geen raam hebben, ze bevinden zich achterin de woning. Voor ons in de winter was dit niet zo’n probleem, ik kan me voorstellen dat het in de zomer wellicht jammer is dat je niet direct kunt luchten. Het strand is te voet binnen 5 minuten te bereiken en ligt letterlijk om de hoek van dit leuke knusse huisje en ook wandel je binnen een paar minuten midden in het centrum van Zandvoort. Al met al een aanrader als je even wilt genieten van het strand!

Gute Lage und zweckmäßig
Super Lage, da man direkt in der Stadt und in Strandnähe ist. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Leider war das Bad ständig unter Wasser, da es aus dem Waschbecken auslief und nach dem duschen stundenlang ein feuchter/nasser Boden war. (Kein Fenster und keine Lüftung) Für ein WE ok.

Die Realität entspricht keinesfalls dem Inserat!
Die Einrichtung, Beleuchtung und Ausstattung entsprechen nicht dem Inserat: andere Möbel, eins der Schlafzimmer hat den Charakter eines Abstellraums, weil neben einem der Betten ein ausrangiertes Ikea-Tv/Phonoregal steht. Statt eines Schranks eine Garderobenstange. Beleuchtung an einem der Betten defekt. KEINES der Schlafzimmer verfügt über Fenster. Ich habe bislang nie fragen müssen, ob im Zimmer Fenster sind, auch wenn dies nicht auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist. Hier muss unbedingt ein Hinweis darauf gegeben werden. In der Küche steht die Spülmaschine mit der Rückseite nach vorne gedreht, so dass sie nicht nutzbar ist. Die aufgeführte Nespresso-Maschine ist nicht vorhanden. Ärgerlich, wenn man extra für den Aufenthalt Kapseln besorgt hat. Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist nicht 100%ig nutzbar. In einem Schrank befanden sich neben Lebensmitteln eine ausrangierte Toilettenbürste. Wir haben jegliches Geschirr vor Nutzung gespült, da dies sehr unsauber war (z. B. Lippenabdrücke an Gläsern). Im Badezimmer ist die Beleuchtung rudimentär weil teilweise defekt. Der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte schlecht, so dass wir in der Badewanne duschen wollten, was jedoch nicht möglich war, weil dort der Duschkopf fehlte. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Heizkörper, so dass es dort sehr kalt ist. Merkwürdige Anschlüsse auf Putz. Definitiv würde ich diese Unterkunft niemanden empfehlen, sie ist schmutzig und hat nichts mit der Beschreibung und den Bildern auf Fewo direkt zu tun.

Zandvoort Beach flat
The location and neighborhood of the rental were great! Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Enjoyed being able to walk one block to the shopping village area and close to the beach as well as the train station. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the blankets and pillows were nice. One of the bedroom floors had wood tiles which were not sealed on the floor. You could easily trip on them and that was a hazard. The other bedroom had a boxed unopened dishwasher in the room. This should have been removed. The gas stove worked very well and we were able to cook breakfast every day. Oven also worked well. There was no baking pan in the cupboard though. The bathroom was spacious and had good hot water. The shower door did not close properly and water leaked out onto the bathroom floor when taking a shower. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived and we had to turn it on to use it. Also there was residual water in the freezer which leaked out. TV worked well and there were plenty of channels to view. Overall the rental is nice but needs some work on it. Location and neighborhood are excellent.
