"Our family - adults and teens - had a wonderful visit to San Sebastian, Biarritz and Hondarribia. The house is perfectly located for day trips, and the hosts couldn't be more gracious and helpful. Josean met us when we arrived, gave us recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and then answered many Whatsapp questions throughout our stay. So thankful that we found this house for our trip to Spain!"

"The villa is very nice, very clean and well equipped. Easy access to Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean and San Sebastien so a great location to explore all that SW France has to offer. Lovely baker 10 mins away and an excellent supermarket 15 mins away. The owner's husband kindly drove to both to show us how to get to them. However, despite paying the not insignificant additional cleaning charge, we were given a long lecture on arrival on keeping the kitchen clean, the BBQ clean and putting every item...

"Un grand merci à Francois pour ce magnifique séjour! La villa est splendide, chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain et les lieux de vie commune sont très bien agencés. La terrasse ainsi que le jardin sont très agréables et très bien équipé (ping-pong, volley/badminton/basket/foot). Les chevaux et les moutons au fond du jardin ajoutent aussi bcq de charme. "The photos are very accurate and representative of the actual property. This isn't a new house so it isn't all sharp clean edges, instead it has character and is very spacious. As we had mixed weather this was important. The garden is well maintained too. It is also in a great location if you value being within walking distance of the beach and the various beach bars. It also has a bus stop outside with a direct service into Biarritz which we didn't plan for but was really useful. "
