Reqlly disappointed
Really disappointed with our stay here. I messaged the owner a few days before to check the pool was fully working, she confirmed all OK. When I arrived the pool was cloudy dirty couldn't see the bottom , I phoned the owner she said it was fine to use. We didn't use it, she then phoned us to say don't use it today as its not safe due to chemicals and it would be fixed by tomorrow, it wasn't she then kept saying it would be fixed every day for 4 days, it never was. We only booked a 4 day stay. The problem is they have a portable filter which broke, it's not a proper filter so there is always a risk it will break. Also the pool is surrounded by lots of greenery so loads of massive hornets/bees. If you have other options use them and don't stay here. It was only when we complained to the managing agent that they took it serious and gave us compensation
