"During our stay we noticed a lot of things that did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel in any way. For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. "The Le Sante Classic is a good hotel. It is expensive for what it is and I would not rate it higher than good because of a few issues. Firstly, there were a few things that weren’t quite right with the room. These were (mostly) resolved quickly, but we ran out of patience with the others (safe locked shut, sofa collapsed, toiletries not replaced). Secondly, the facilities are a little limited for a top class hotel. The gym is basic, not all the spa functions of the pools worked, no ATM, poor...

"So much stuff missing from the villa that was advertised that we couldn’t have a comfortable stay. No TVs in bedrooms as advertised (not an issue for most, I know. But one of our party has trouble sleeping so we booked specifically for this reason). No plugs in any of the baths, kitchen appliances and microwave didn’t work. Couldn’t cook a meal for our family as there were no utensils and only one pan. Wires hanging out of all the walls. WiFi didn’t work. The hot water only lasted long enough...

"The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. "
