"The architecture of the building is in harmony with the environment, beautiful and quaint, the interior decoration is beautiful, looks like interior decorators used lots of local wood craftsmanship, we appreciate that, specially traveling from so far away, we loved seeing local art in the form of decor. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and kind. Overall looks like the property is being taken care of."

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing. Some tightening up would bring this place back to life. "
