"This property exceeded all of my expectations. It's so close to a subway station and close to plenty of food places and shops. Loved the decor of the hotel. There is a GS25 connected to the hotel which is so convenient! Staff are friendly and so helpful. They helped a friend and myself out with a slight issue and they did it with no hesitation. Looking forward to staying here again :) "

"I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious."

"Bike packing trip stayover. Superb room and facilities, friendly staff and secure storage room for our bikes. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Very sizeable and nice and clean & modern. Good location, easy to get into town with short taxi, which the hotel ordered for us. Also eateries within easy walk if preferred. Would highly recommend. "

"All of the staff greeted me with bright smiles and a warm welcome, and the front desk team was especially kind and informative, which created a great vibe from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself had a luxurious interior, was peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. I don't play Gamble but they have it and the food was absolutely delicious of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again if I get the chance."
