"the place is restored 1931 house. a lot of care went into getting it fixed to the original "Japanese era" style. It's pretty much the same as the pictures. However, at the check in, we ran into a major snags. The listing shows 2 rooms/2 baths, but the proprietor only gave me ONE room of the 2 room listing, because he assumed all 4 of us could fit into a tiny room. That wasn't acceptable to us. Super hotel with an artistic vibe.

"Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly. "
