"It was perfect. We couldn’t ask for more. If you are reading this review to decide if the place will be right for your stay , know this, it is. You won’t be disappointed. The fireplaces in every room kept us warm. We didn’t need to use the kitchen for our weekend stay which is small but well equipped. The GPS brought us down a private road initially that was next to the property so look for the bed and breakfast sign. The house is really easy to get to. Barbera was quick to respond to our needs...

"Reserved this for a group of writers to escape from the demands of normal life and have focused time for writing. This was a great place. The rooms were much larger than the pictures appeared. There was more than enough room for everyone. And the host was very welcoming. She even brought me boots so that I could enjoy the trails! Highly recommend. The group is suggesting we boo for next year again already."

"What a perfect weekend getaway! Molly is truly a super host. She has thought of everything and more for a comfortable stay at her little farm house in the country. The animals were fun to interact with. Our granddaughter had so much fun with the animals and fishing in the pond. We will stay here again! "

"Property is exactly as listed. No joke, big property, pond, beautiful house, secluded, yet close to shopping. Had a great time chilling by the fire pit, watching movies on the home theater set up. Owners are right in town and helped us answer a question, text notifications when lawn maintenance coming, etc. Could not have been better hosts. We drove (1 hour) to downtown Cleveland for the museums on the first day. Went to the Cuyahoga Nat. Park and hiked to Branywine waterfall the next day....
