"Rooms were good size, Onsen public bath was good, walkable distance from Tottori Station and nearby convenience store. Only bad thing was that it was easy to hear neighbouring rooms use their sinks and showers. "

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. "There was a small stain on the foot blanket in the room. It was either permanent or not washed because it was there after the room was cleaned and bedding changed. The breakfast was great though! "
