"The hotel is very Nice, although a bit old, but it is properly mantained. Totally recommend the Ryokan breakfast, and I also recommend usinh the prívate Onsen at the hotel. All of the 7 pubñic Onsen come included with the hotel. Overall great place. "

"The place was great. The room was massive and was a good size for a family of 4. Although the hotel itself is more out of the way compared to a few others that are right near the other 7 onsens it makes up for it with the great service, free shuttle and their own lovely onsen. Although we got there earlier than our check in time and before they provided the shuttle into the main part they still offered us a lift to the ropeway which was helpful on a hot day. Their own onsen also had an outdoor bath and a cold one as well which was great. They had people that could speak mandarin and Cantonese which was useful for my parents. Everyone always had a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days. I just found it odd that it didn’t have an elevator when rooms are up on the 2nd and 3rd floor- I had to carry my luggage up the stairs (luckily, mine was on the 2nd floor). Having that many rooms and only have one shower to share for the whole building is not a good situation to be in as well. I know there’s free onsen privileges from the Amanohashidate hotel across but that’s also a hassle to get to as well. I found that the shared men’s washroom in the 2nd floor kinda had an odd smell as well… Anyway, it’s an okay place to stay at for a couple of days especially if you’re gonna spend most of the time exploring the beauty of Amanohashidate and Miyazu. "

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"
