So much more comfortable than a hotel. Yorkville has many things to do, the most popular is Raging Waves Water park and there's even miniature golf in the area. Fishing and kayaking are within walking distance (supply your own kayak and fishing supply)

Lots of things to do in the Yorkville, Aurora, Oswego, and Montgomery areas, there's Mini Golf, lots of indoor and outdoor water parks, Movie theaters, fishing, Canoe & Kayak rentals, a casino, and more. We've listed many in our Guest book on-site.

Kitchen-Lots of amenities, cooking & baking essentials. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware, bakeware & dishwasher. And of course, because it's a Cinema theme we've included some complimentary microwave popcorn for you to enjoy.

Livingroom on main level, 50 inch tv with Roku/Hulu and other streaming apps (you log into your accounts), Sleeper Sofa and chair.

Bedroom #1 -1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) Has floor fan, room darkening curtains, hangers, air mattress (Sleeps 2) with extra pillows and plush and luggage rack
Bedroom #2 -2 twin beds (sleeps 2) 1 Queen air mattress (Sleeps 2) and a workspace.. Has Floor fan, room darkening curtains, iron, ironing board, pack and play.

Laundry room - Laundry room is downstairs in the garage area, it has 1 washer and 1 dryer with some laundry detergent.

Pet rules:
Dogs must be housebroken (not pee pee pads)
2 dogs max under 50lbs each
Pets must stay off furniture and beds
Pets must be crated when left alone in our home
Cost is 50.00 per pet ( you will be sent a request for dog fee)
No pet bathes in our place
Cats: Sorry owner has allergies so cats not are allowed!!! Any other pets types must be approved before check in.

Not a fan…
We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash deposit for a 48 hour stay) - especially for such a janky place. Overall a very low budget old and unkept place. Not a fan.
