The hotel was a bit smelly - almost like smoke. When we arrived the elevator was down, which isn’t a big deal unless you’re a goalie mom and have a lot of equipment to haul, and then the pool Got closed down…with no discount!

Dirty floor, could use a deep clean. There was food crumbs on the floor right by the bed side. Elavator hasnt been working for a long time, room was $40 per night more then my stay at a different hotel the night before. Disappointed and expected better

I will never stay here again. Breakfast was bare minimum, toasters did not work, out bread in all 3 toasters and still couldn’t get it into toast No elevator service, had to walk up 3 floors, no microwave in the room. This place is a disaster

Room heater started to off gas burning plastic during the night. Unable to sleep with this happening. Elevator out of service, no notice given on listing. Not all parking spots had plug in for block haters. Not all users of the ones with plugs were using them. Priorotze the needs of your customers.
