"Excellent facility. The staff there are very helpful especially the concierge desk . He recommended excellent dinner restaurant and breakfast place. The location of the hotel is not ideal. With the help of the staff, all the minor issues were resolved beautifully. I have no complaints. "

"Always stay here when I travel to Tainan for business. A decent old hotel. Good location, hotel facilities need an update. Some of the rooms have been renovated but the room they gave me this time was an old one. Stayed here for 2 nights, it was overall a nice stay."
