"The room on the (slightly-under)ground floor I was put into had windows looking to the parking area, thus basically I couldn't open the curtain most of the time, and regularly had some noise from the cars/people there. The room size is generous, but this (plus relatively stable Wi-Fi connection, when it wasn't down) was the main reason why I wasn't really disappointed. Because the room itself certainly needs improvement, it looks too cheap for it's price, almost like in a "kost" (local cheap...

"The hotel looks tired, the furniture is stained as well as the carpet, the restaurant’s furniture is old and dirty. Not the best location, better to be at the Malioboro quarters. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing. The water pressure on the shower, the sink, and the health faucet is excellent. There were some small ants going around but they didn’t cause a massive problem. All in all, an amazing stay. "Stay was good, my parents love the convenience. Breakfast option wasn’t available upon booking. Had to pay extra on the spot, the Hotel did not send any welcome email for us to communicate. "

"Great value hotel located close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Sultan’s Palace, Water Castle etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general all very good. We did a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples through the hotel and our driver, Mudi, was excellent. Very safe and always had cold water waiting for us after each visit. "

"Really love the hotel. I picked it because of its location near the train station as I was coming from Jakarta by train, then going to the airport (there is an airport train which takes 1/2 hour). The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was fantastic… The pool was nice! Internet was reliable, bed comfortable, room spacious, TV had English news and movies. I would definitely come back! "
