"The apartment was great, comfortable beds, beautiful view. They had the extra bed setup for us on arrival as requested. Nice building, great setup for our family of 5. Full kitchen, but there's so many restaurants nearby that we barely used it."

"The property host Jacob was very available and accommodating. The apartment was in a great location, close to Mamiila Mall. Would stay again. "

"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived, even though we had paid for early check-in. Initially, we were very disappointed, but within a few minutes, the property manager had transferred us to another room, which was beautiful! Overall, a five star rating!"

"The apartment was clean and cozy. Nice completed kitchen had most things we need. Washer and dryer was a big bonus. Perfect location close to the centre city, right next to Mahane Yehuda market with quit a few good restaurants near by. The host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and allowed early to check-in. Everything about this accommodation was perfect and I would definitely book with them again when I return to Jerusalem."

"We had the most magical and outstanding stay in the Legatia during a weekend that included Shabbat and Yom Kippur. The apartment and the whole place is just gorgeous, quiet, and simply perfect. Margit is the most wonderful host, very attentive and responsive to our questions. We will definetely return to this lovely place!!! What an amazing way to experience the Old City of Jerusalem from the true heart of it!!!"

Our apartment faced the street, so it could be noisy, especially at night, but I actually enjoyed seeing and hearing the nightlife. I absolutely loved the location. Cleanliness was so-so. "They place need maintenance, new towels, clean the kitchen, paint the walls, clean shower, ETC. "

"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"The apartment was great. It was nice and clean but we really reserved it for the pool. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated the whole time and we were only able to use it for 2 days. fon reservation since we didn't get our money value "

"The unit had a juzuzzi in addition to a lovely living room, kitchen and updated bathroom. Great location for walking all over the area in and around the old city. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!"

"The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus . Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay . Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated. Baselle was also a very excellent Barman and I had a great experience with him . The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept us very comfortable as well! Mary was an excellent and efficient contributor to our wonderful stay . The hotel itself was beautiful with all of the intriguing art installations and the room with a view of the old city was extremely comfortable! The bed was fantastic and linens were top notch. I can’t say enough about this stellar group of people and the place we called home for a month! Thank you Maurits Van Den Berg for your hospitality and incredible leadership to make the Cassia what it is ."
