"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "

The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen."

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"遊戲區設電玩設備妥善率欠佳，也沒有人員常駐幫忙故障排除。 別館光之湯水溫不夠，只有 38度。 晚餐很優，但菜補得有點慢，人員親切服務周到。甜點部份水準比較差，都是死甜。 早餐則有落差。 日式房住四人偏小，因兩張床墊鋪榻榻米上，建議若家庭四人不要選擇日式房。"
