"A fantastic spacious room when rooms often small or compromised in Europe. Very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Huge balcony! Staff fantastic. Especially concierge Shannooth who parked our car, moved bags & got us a new room when first not to our standard. Hectic city spoiled by horrible smog."

The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. We were in hijab and the reception area is mixed so...
