"Nice property! The beach was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Some small comments if I may though, our first night there the big pool chloride smell was so strong that we couldn’t use it, we stayed for 4 nights for 6 people but we had to make multiple attempts to call the front desk and wait quite some time to receive enough bathrobes and shampoo enough for our family. Lovely hotel, a bit out of the way and not English

"We arrived at 10am as our flight was an early one, the reception staff were amazing, they looked after our bags and managed to get us a room by midday! During our stay the food was great, staff were lovely, room was comfortable and pools were clean and refreshing. We wanted to relax so decided to stay close to the airport, bear this in mind if you stay here as the closest shop is a 10 minute drive taxi ride away! We went into central Nhà Trắng once and the taxi was 45 minutes. Very beautiful city! When we checked out they let us continue to use the all inclusive facilities all day until we left for the airport, very nice touch! My only slightly negative comment on the hotel is that we were the only English/western people in the entire complex, everyone was from Russia, Kazakstan or Asia… not a major issue but not a lot of the staff spoke very good English as a result and all the karaoke was in a foreign language! Most staff were astounded when I said please and thank you! Overall had a lovely relaxing 3 day stay here and would definitely come back to Nhà Trang again!"
