"受付の方のサービスが最高でした。 チェックインの段階から印象が良かったです。 またチェックアウトの際、こちらが日程を間違えてご迷惑をおかけした際にもスマートに対応頂きました。 金曜日夜の出発で、ナイトマーケットが始まってしまいホテル前までGrabが呼べずに困っていることをフロントで相談すると、予約したGrabの方と直接電話で対応してくれ、ピックアップの場所まで見送ってくれました。 立地も最高ですが、それ以上に対応が良く次ハノイを訪れる機会があったら必ずこちらを利用したい思います。"

"Lotus boutique Hotel centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi close to all amenities. Staff were respectful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was an older solo traveler and felt safe in this hotel at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel."
