"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. It's also only 30 minutes from downtown Oxford and 1.5 hours from central...

We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. The kitchen could use some additional glasses, cooking/baking pots. and rugs need an uplift.It would be helpful to have the TV connect, with personal log in with Netfixs and other services.All in all we enjoyed our stay, and the large room was wonderful to entertain my grandchildren.
