"Parking was limited to 3 narrow spaces at the rear of the guesthouse but there is the option of residents parking in a nearby street (we were given a residents parking permit). We were in an en-suite room in the basement, with use of the fridge and microwave in the basement kitchen area which was useful. Spent many mornings and afternoons just soaking it up on the balcony (there are zero gravity sun loungers too). It just doesn't get better than that. "Lovely clean property not far from the beach and only a short walk into Looe. Had a lovely patio with views over the bay, great place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We saw buzzards flying overhead and heard owls calling to each other in the evening. The only downside for some might be that the property is set on a hill side and you have to climb approximately 4 flights of steps to get to it, although that wasn't a problem for us!.
