"Room was clean but nothing like the Expedia picture of a Junior Suite. It had a balcony but that was up some steps so you couldn’t see the view from the room."

"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"
