"We had a lovely stay at Onn Nakatsugawa before hiking a few sections of the Nakasendo Way. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and has several retaurants nearby. We enjoyed our meal of yakiniku and shabu shabu at Chicken House, which is right across the road. The rooms are very small but the onsen is great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It even had allergens marked clearly. We would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is simply elegant. The staff is cordial and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well maintained. Buffet dining had ample and varied food options. The pool was very enjoyable and necessary equipment was provided. The amenities included were an amazing value!"

"Guest House proposant le minimum du confort. Les matelots des lits étaient plastifié et faisait franchement pas mal de bruit. Il n’y avait aucune salle commune et l’eau de la SdB n’est pas potable (ça a la limite c’est pas horrible). Je recommande pour son rapport qualité/prix mais c’était clairement pas dans la moyenne des Guest housse que j’ai pu vivre."
