"This hotel is just a waste of time and money. Check in took 40 minutes (I arrived at 10pm) and they insisted that I pay for the room when I had already paid it when I made the online booking. The reception staff member said what I paid online was only the deposit (yet it was the same amount as the room fee??). Shower was all mouldy and instead of actually cleaning it, it looks like they just tried to paint over it (and not very well!). Definitely not worth the amount paid. Would not recommend."

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed.
