"Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. "Listing was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was the lack of extra basic amenities, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra, and no extra paper towels or garbage bags."

"This worked out well for my family, who came into Homosassa to attend our mother's memorial service. There is quite a bit of construction in that area, you can't really see it from the road. The stairs are a bit on the steep side, so if anyone has mobility issues, FYI. There is a master bedroom downstairs."
