"The description and photos of the property should be updated. The huge screened porch is awesome but this and the deck could use a pressure wash. The details mention a washer but there was a sign telling us not to use it. Coffee grinder broken. Propane grill not operable but there was an electric one. The 2nd twin bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work at first but the owner sent someone out and he was able to fix it for us. Despite these items we really enjoyed...

"From the moment we arrived wildlife was everywhere. The kayaks that came with the home were absolutely amazing to use and highly suggest if you stay you kayak to the cover to see the manatee. The beds were comfortable and split hvac units throughout the home to keep things cool. The kitchen had everything we needed minus the food. Only downside is the pool is not heated which I am sure in the summer wouldn’t matter. The communication was great! The guest book was a great place to find...

"Perfect sleeping arrangements with enough towels blanket and sheets. Nice back yard for early morning coffee by the pool. Fence yard for our pet to stretch her legs. The kids loved the Foosball and the ping pong table in the garage. Close to the boardwalk."

"Property was very nice, beds were all comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. We had 4 couples and all were happy and had their own bedrooms. We had 2 boats, one 23 foot runabout and one 17 foot flats boat. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and lanai keep out the bugs. We had a great time. Host was very responsive. "

"Our stay was perfect. Property came exactly as advertised. Was very happy with the cleanliness of the house. Its a beautiful house and very modern with decorations that make it and anglers paradise. Didnt have any luck fishing from the dock though. Our daughter loved the back porch and with it being elcosed it was a lifesaver for keeping her from the river. We will be back for sure"
