"The area is a brilliant location. I came during the snowy season. The hotel lady was kind enough to get the room warm by turning on the heater before we came. However, the shower water was at best lukewarm during my morning shower the following day. The water didn't heat up really."

"When you arrive from Seoul with the express bus, the hostel is located opposite the bus terminal. Right outside the hostel, you'll the take the bus 7 or 7-1 to Seoraksan, around 25 min. "3 of us were on a family trip together with a dog, so only pet-friendly options were available for us to choose to stay for the weekend. Pros: The place was kept very clean with friendly owner! Cons: The pictures I looked at online were little different from the actual place I stayed at. Therefore, the sincerity was little questionable. For ex) There was no sofa at my place but yhe picture showes otherwise. My assumption is that the room with more than 4+ would have that option."

"Location and view were great. Deluxe room was a bit disappointing. It needed some tlc and a thorough clean. Headboard, lamp, top of fridge were covered in dust, kitchen island, bottom of shower door needed cleaning as well as blinds especially ones near hot tub. This put us off using the hot tub which attracted us to the room in the first place. The bed side table was damaged and wallpaper was missing in places.
