"A nice little property halfway up the hill from Seoul Station to Baekbeom Plaza, which was pretty comfortable for me and two family (all adults). There's a nice, 6-seat dining room table, but lounge seating is limited in the winter to the pull-out loveseat- there's another comfy-looking loveseat and a cafe table on the patio that will be lovely in summer. Stairs are required for entry from street level, and to access kitchen area.Host is very responsive and English instructions were clear....

"The property is as clean and beautiful as the photos. It is always a comfort to return after a long day out especially in the cold winter weather. There is some walking to do and stairs to climb, but the view and the comfort of home makes it up. It is also never difficult to call a taxi via K-ride and it works out to be economical for a family of 4. Most important of all is we are hosted by a kind and awesome owner. "My hubby and I had a wonderful stay @ Todaki Residence for 6 nights from 6 Aug to 12 Aug 24. From the start of our booking, Mr. Hadoo was very prompt and responsive to our queries. The residence was fully equipped with all things that you need in a cosy home. Mr. Hadoo was very kind to arrange for a free taxi transfer to Gimpo Domestic Airport for both myself and hubby when I informed him that there will only be 2 guests instead of 3 guests staying at the residence. "The host was very friendly and responsive to messages. This was a perfect sized unit for a family of four. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. The heated floors and high-tech toilets were nice upgrades. The apartment is close to everything including buses, the subway, stores, and restaurants. Our family had an enjoyable stay here and I highly recommend it."

"We stayed here during one of the hottest weeks of the summer in Seoul and it was a beautiful, air conditioned oasis that we spent more time in than we thought we would. The house is so well designed to maximize the spaces. It has everything you need and is aesthetically beautiful to boot. The host speaks wonderful English and is incredibly thoughtful. He met us at the street to show us how to get in and to explain all the features of the house. This is not the typical Hanok. It's an art space....

"Didn’t really like the place"

"Our large group (including 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week. We didn't have a car, but the bus was very convenient for our group. It really felt like a home that someone cares about. Very clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful design touches, and Kitae was an EXCELLENT host - very hospitable and proactive. We stayed at several different places during our Korea trip, and this was our favorite stay! Thank you Kitae!"

"It took some understanding on the shower…as it was cold water only at first. Once we figured that out, all was good with it! It’s a little small, but since we were out and about almost all the days, it worked out. The price was great! The host got back to us promptly when we had a few questions the first days. I would suggest a couple of more bath towels and an additional bathroom water squigee to help dry the bathroom floor on the main floor. The supplied hangers were nice to hang some clothes...

"When you go to the museum and see a historic map of Seoul, you can find this street in the center. It was a walk to all the sites l. There was a traditional village, historic shopping area, all the palaces, and the market all within a mile. A historic looking house in a residential neighborhood with all the modern amenities. What a find."

"Property Manager was professional and responded in a timely manner. Property was clean and directions to the site were relatively easy to understand. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay very much! I'd say two adults could fit there comfortably, 4 if you are on a budget but space would be very tight. "

"Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."
