"We had a great experience at this hotel. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and facilities were top notch. We loved the indoor pool, and the room was very modern, artsy and comfortable. Reception were kind enough to let us check in early as our 4 yr old toddler got travel sick on the way to Sa Pa and needed the rest. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to anyone else. "

"We had a beautiful Mountain View room with a balcony. A large buffet breakfast with western options as well. We stayed for 10 days and they happily extended our reservation from our original 5 day stay. If we had questions they happily assisted us with a smile. Umbrella’s are daily available for the welcome chance of rain. They are VERY close to all you would want to see in SaPa, also a very quiet walkable street so you will sleep like baby. "
