"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "

This is an excellent location for Beijing - the mall has lots of food options, easy to get transport, and walking distance to some things (Beijing is just so huge.) The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the property is beautiful, and breakfast is fabulous (it is huge, so look at all the options before you decide.) Highly recommend!"
