The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago. Too many huge bugs in the balcony, lots were dead already but not cleaned… narrow parking area and the aisle "

"A true gem, easily one of the most memorable and charming places I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so warm and hospitable. We had a toddler with us and everyone was so sweet and genuinely kind to us, a group of foreign visitors. Every part of the hotel was furnished with charm and personality, with care given to even the smallest details such as the daily floral arrangements and warm matcha and snacks upon our return. The rooms and onsen were all extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner in the beautiful partitioned dining areas were exceptional! Each meal showcased the best that the season and surroundings had to offer. The river outside the property was gorgeous. I would love to visit again in future."

"An affordable stay for the purpose of my short trip to TeamLab Hidden Traces of Rice Terraces. Conveniently located near the train station. Received a warm welcome when I arrived. Nice spacious room with clean & comfy bed! The toilet & bathroom is super Japanese Standard as usual. Always appreciate that."

"Spacious deluxe twin room , clean and friendly service. But the windows are facing the wall of the next building so no natural sunlight and there’s no safe in the room. "

"Very nice, with a lounge with microwave. Good coffee. A little hard to find as the entrance is down a narrow path to the right of the parking, with signage not obvious from the street. My room was kindly changed when I booked smoking by mistake "

"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "
