"We always love staying here with lots of dining and shopping options across the street at Tapio, plus the hotel has a breakfast buffet thats really nice and lots of food made fresh to order which is really nice! The quality is top notch! Its easy to get to and quieter, cleaner and more fun than staying downtown. If we go to Sendai, we stay here. "The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "

"Overall the property is nice, but could use a re-fresh and some renovation. Everything appears to be a little dated in the common areas (couches, carpet, rugs, etc) The staff is incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and the best part of the stay."

"It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. Pause our room was in the 4th floor & stomping foot sound echoed all night "

"spacious room with comfortable beds and an amazing view. delicious buffet breakfast. a bit old-school hotel in that they still use physical key on a gigantic keychain but kind of quaint in a way. our stay was perfect and the only gripe was there's no kettle nor bottled water provided, only a small metal cup for heating water for tea."
