The parking unfortunately was street, but in that neighborhood that is not uncommon and we never had trouble finding a spot close to the home. "We really loved our stay here! The floors are noisy, but they provide a fan in the room that helped create white noise so it really didn't feel loud in the room at all. "Upon arriving, the temperature inside the house was warm. Naturally we searched for the thermostat and tried to use the A/C, which to our dismay was not working with temps of 100+ outside. The issue was never resolved during our stay and the communication was horrible. The only thing we were told is that the maintenance worker was out of town and no offer to make it right. We ended up buying several fans to attempt to cool the place down. You should also know that the bathroom doors do not lock...
