"Upon arriving, the temperature inside the house was warm. Naturally we searched for the thermostat and tried to use the A/C, which to our dismay was not working with temps of 100+ outside. The issue was never resolved during our stay and the communication was horrible. The only thing we were told is that the maintenance worker was out of town and no offer to make it right. We were lucky enough to have a thunder storm while we were there and sitting on that covered porch area made it devine. Minor draw back is that it is 20 miles as a crow flies to a big town that has a walmart or a winco or something. A gathering place for team meals -- tight with everyone, but there is a lot of outdoor seating as well -- and a comfortable place to relax in between games.
