Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness.
