"Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful, respectful, and efficient. They will only clean your room every 4 days rather than daily. New towels and bottles of water would be given daily in a bag outside your door. The Okubo train (4 minute walk) and the Shin Okubo train station (10 minute walk) are conveniently close by. I found the restaurants on the main strip were mediocre, so you would have to travel by train to get some better, authentic Japanese meals. Mainly Korean and Northern...

"Very good option when staying in Tokyo. Train station within 5-6 walking distance. Food options and convenience stores very close. You won’t be dissapointed. We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Staff is amazing and super helpful."

"We loved our stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. It was close to the subway stations, shopping and restaurants. Totally recommend it for kids as well as there is an attached amusement park in the Dome. Loved the decor in winter. Can’t wait to go back!"

"I booked a stay with breakfast included, but unfortunately, my husband and son got sick during our visit and couldn’t go down to eat. When I asked if I could take the food to our room, I was told it wasn’t allowed, so we couldn’t use the breakfast at all. Based on this experience, I would suggest to future guests not to include breakfast when booking. There are often better meal options outside the hotel, and if needed, you can always pay for breakfast later. This situation left me disappointed...

"The location is excellent! There is skylines, Metro, JR all within 10 mins walking. The Ueno park is one of the best experience- world class! Breakfast is going. All the staffs are great and helpful. The onsen is a big plus. The only down side is the breakfast restaurant is small but it works. The rooms are small but it is expected in Tokyo. "

"One of the best in hotel garden that is a must visit if u visit for the first time. Rooms are big and well maintained, and i think they are one of the few hotels that does room service twice a day. Many restaurant that serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The location however is not the best if you are not willing to use the more expensive taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest train. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel but it comes every 10 mins on week days and 3 times an hour own...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids."

"BEST HOTEL EVER! AWESOME SERVICE! STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WISH TO SAVE MONEY AND YOU’RE DOWN FOR A 1 HOUR COMMUTE TO ALL MAJOR PARTS OF TOKYO. Lovely city, lovely view. Located in a Smart city with nearly instant access to food and other conveniences. Hope to come back! Very welcoming and polite staff! The receptionist I checked in and checked out with was very pretty and cute. I liked her a lot. Charming one! Thank you so much for having me. Hope to come back in the future with better Japanese speaking skills."

" Fresa is an excellent hotel, particularly for the value. It's just 2-3 blocks from the east entrance of Kashiwa station. Head down the escalator and it is to the left in the street just past Yoshinora noodle shop. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast service is good. I highly recommend this hotel."

Nice stay although a little too far from the main

"Typical hotel. We had a room on the smaller side but it accommodated us just fine. Free Japanese breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for weary travelers. It is a far way out of Koriyama so if you want to stay closer it is wise to book in town. We personally like to stay out of the main tourist hubs so we were happy here."
