"The Watson is absolutely gorgeous, and simply divine. The lobby is stunning. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many stations and a wide variety of foods to choose from. The outdoor pool and sky bar on the top floor is breathtaking. Most of all, the staff was amazing and so helpful solving our issues with airline reservations. Thumbs up to Joyce Dang for her professionalism and “top-notch”performance. She went above and beyond so thank you. If I go back to HaLong Bay, I would not hesitate to book this 5-star hotel in advance."

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "
