"The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home). "The villa is great, particularly the pool area. We've been going on villa holidays for the last 16 years and this villa has the best pool area we've used. The location is great, being a 2 min walk from Grizzly's which is a lively spot with good food, and a short walk to the beach in Calpe with lots of great bars and restaurants. The agents, Anne and Mike are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our next visit!"

"We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! "This villa has everything you would ever need and it was hard to leave ! The villla is decorated to a high spec and has everything you need. The pool area is so clean and is like a 5 star hotel but without the crowds. I would definitely like to visit again. Our children loved it and there was enough Netflix and Amazon as well as most of day in the pool. There is so much attention to detail. We had a wonderful week.
