待改進

8/11 早上11:00 先 check in 託寄行李， 未告之 無房間。 下午 5:30 至飯店， 櫃檯竟說沒有我們訂的房型。只能2人房加床 ，不然就取消訂單，要我們自己跟 網站連絡。 堅持不退單後，才改行政套房加床，雖然有客廳，但臥室加床 ，出入不便。 事後送了一籃水果致意，但飯店一開始賴皮的態度，令人無法接受。

Bon hôtel, à recommander

Bon hôtel, chambre propre, spacieuse, confortable, rapport qualité-prix intéressant, correspond à la description. La réception nous a volontiers prolongé le séjour au même prix. Bus BRT à proximité. Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais mais trouve une solution pour nous aider.

難忘旅程

酒店地點優越靠近厦門站，但酒店配套有待改進。 我住在不吸煙樓層，但在空調出風口總是有濃烈煙味噴出。而且毎天早上6㸃就有油煙味作morning call。沖涼位置不是用浴屏是用浴簾，毎次沖涼後浴室總是水浸。 這酒店是4星級酒店，但我覺得比連所商務酒店還要差。 總結下次到厦門不會再考慮這家酒店。
