"Very convenient location, close to M11 (5 min drive) and Park and Ride (10 min walk) but noise wasn't an issue as it was constant in the back ground, almost white noise. Rooms good, clean and with a bit of character. Grounds of the house lovely with avenue of trees to drive up to the building, and walk clearly signposted to local pub (20 mins walk, mainly through fields and woodland). Very pleasant stay."

"Great check in, lovely room and friendly staff. We had a double double which was great for a family stay. Breakfasts were great and my daughter really enjoyed the pancake machine."

"Excellent staff, very swift check-in, even helped carry the baby-stroller to the room. Lovely spacious rooms , surprisingly quiet for it to be facing the busy roads!!! Perfect for family."
