"We had a lovely overnight stay in this historic inn. Although some of the property looked rather tired, we had a large comfortable bed, bath with good shower over, toiletries and all necessities. The breakfast was excellent - we chose cereal and a full English. Our evening meal was also very tasty with a good selection of options. If the weather had been warmer, it would have been lovely to sit out in the large garden, and there was also a play area which children would enjoy."
