Wonderful
My wife and I, my in-laws and our two dogs stayed here. The property is wonderful and in a very beautiful setting. I honestly don’t think the pictures do it justice. A perfect place to take everything you need for a few days and not leave the property. I would highly recommend sitting on the deck to watch the sunset.

Cozy stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed near our family in the area. The house was just like the photos. Comfortable for my husband and I. Most attractions are a short 30 minute ride. We would love to come back and stay again.

The property was beautiful. The pond and outdoor set-up was great for fishing and just relaxing by fire pit It was great being to be able to bring our dogs along Bedrooms are small but nice. Great trip !

Very clean and Extremely peaceful
Rented this property for a family of 6 plus 2 dogs. The stay was marvelous. Wonderful way to end the year and start a new one. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet Mountain Retreat
The property was everything that was advertised. The house was clean and beautifully decorated! Loved spending time on the porch and down by the dock. Took a day trip to World's End State Park, Grovedale Winery and Corning Glass Museum.

Quiet Vacation
Loved everything about the place. Quiet, away from everything but close enough to a store if needed anything. The pond is wonderful for adults and older kids. Younger kids who can’t swim might have a problem with the pond because it gets deep very quickly. Loved our stay will go back again!!

Magnificent Outdoor Retreat
Park your Vehicle and stay! Fantastic House with Great Country Views! Big yard with Lots of room for four legged babies. Nice New pavilion and fire pit area near a very Relaxing pond to fish! We will be back!

Scenic and Peaceful Getaway
Property is as nice as the pictures! Great place to relax and unwind, scenic and peaceful. My wife and I drove to see Seneca lake, stopping by Foster Hall Antique and General store in Towanda. My son and I went to Watkins Glen State Park, hiked the Gorge and ate at the Italian restaurant. My wife and son visited Corning Glass museum.

Awesome Stay
Everything was amazing and as advertised in description of house. Even though we had lousy weather, the first day, the indoor fireplace was perfect. We were just looking to relax and have a nice getaway and the following day was beautiful with the pond and the firepit. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but honestly just what we wanted. If you need anywhere to go eat, the flying taco was five star and delicious.

Heaven on Earth
This was an unforgettable getaway! The home was extremely well taken care of and very clean. We spent all of our time at the pond fishing and marveling at the various wildlife. We caught many bass and even a HUGE carp. Our dogs loved sitting out by the fire and watching us paddle around on the boat. We will always hold this trip close to our hearts!

Relaxing Geraway
We caught and released more fish than we could count, spent mornings on the deck with our coffee listening to the birds and wildlife, and enjoyed the beautiful pavilion with campfires at night. The only day with bad weather, we sat on the deck and watched the thunderstorm! A fantastic experience. The only downside at all is the nearby property with a natural gas facility, which has exhaust fans that run 24/7, but even that fades into the background. Just a fantastic, relaxing, family getaway!

Beautiful cabin on the mountain
Our family of 11 traveled from GA for our bi-annual family reunion. We truly had an absolute blast! From fishing and swimming in the pond to playing pool in the basement. My favorite was sitting on the deck enjoying the scenery and even watching the rain roll in over the hill. The cabin is cozy and beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! We honestly cannot wait to come back for our next reunion. I will definitely be booking this cabin again! Thank you Karen for letting us stay at your cabin. Words cannot express how much we enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful tranquil retreat
My family and I are military and my husband is set to deploy for a year. This was our last family “hoorah” before he leaves and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend it! Tranquil, quiet, peaceful all those lovely words to describe true utter relaxation! The house was beautiful, very kid friendly for my 4 year old and 11 year old. We loved the pond for swimming and paddle boating. Our dog loved running free on the land. Just an amazing experience. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Another year down
This was our second time staying at this house and once again it was a wonderful visit. The new additions to the property and house make the experience that much more wonderful! Seeing a property put money back into itself to enhance the stayers enjoyment and experience is so important and you guys nailed it. The house itself is beautiful. The pond once again provided great entertainment with swimming fishing and paddle boating. This year we ventured into town and frequented a few shops which was lovely. Overall again a great vacation destination for a reconnecting with nature and loved ones retreat atmosphere!

Girls Weekend
Four good friends getting away for a little R&R. It was a nice touch to have the radio playing inside when we arrived! The house was very peaceful and relaxing which is what we all needed! Beds were all super comfy!! We made a day trip to the Finger Lakes which was about an hour and a half drive. And a trip to Tioga Downs for a little fun at the machines. We had rain off and on but finally had some better weather to have a fire on our last night. It was a nice surprise to find out fire wood was provided also!! All in all a fantastic trip and wonderful place to stay! Will definitely recommend!!!

Relaxing Getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The weather was beautiful, but a bit hot on some days. So glad Karen had exceptional air conditioning in the home. We did do a couple of daytrips to World's End State Park and Watkins Glenn in New York; but for the most part, we relaxed at the property enjoying the fresh air, tons of wildlife viewing, games in the game room downstairs and at the gazebo, and the pond. The fishing was good and all fish were released back into the pond for future guests to catch! The inside of the cabin was quite nice and everyone was able to spread out at the end of the day. Thanks Karen for renting your property to us....we have just made many more family memories.

Just what was needed
Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere quiet, scenic, and relaxing. The cabin was immaculate, supplied well, and felt like a home away from home. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather to utilize the pavilion, fire pit, and pond for fishing, swimming and using the rafts provided. After a long day we would end our night with a few games of pool. It was a very versatile stay to enjoy getting you away from needing to keep a schedule. The beautiful views, sunrises, and sunsets set the mood for whatever you plan to do that day or night. I cannot say enough about the amazing time we all had. We all agreed that we will be returning next year. For those who may be on the fence about it or perhaps it's your first time like us, just do it. You'll be glad you did.

Peaceful and Relaxing
This cabin is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I spent four days here and we cannot wait to go back. I could have just sat in the pavilion the entire time and our dogs loved hanging out by the pond. My wife loved chilling on the deck and shooting pool in the basement. Wonderful!

This property is pretty much just as advertised. It has a big, beautiful, well-manicured yard, a nice-sized pond, a pavilion with a massive table and chair swing, and the perfect-sized firepit.
